Signs of a new season...
Much anticipated, long awaited and very much appreciated...Spring. The Vernal Equinox, that celestrial event marking Spring's arrival occurs today.
Trivia FYI: Easter is always celebrated on the first Sunday that follows the Full Moon that occurs after the Vernal Equinox. Dazzle the unaware with that tidbit of information.

We saw very few of these signs on our scenic trip between Monterey and Pismo Beach. I strongly suspect that most of the original signs are now dorm room decour at instituitions of higher learning everywhere.
