Even though it's perfectly within your right to take such photos, you may be questioned as to your comings and goings, your photographic intentions and a warning regarding "New Laws". (If you ask for new law clarification you will, of course, not get a response because they do not exsist!) Oh yes, and since you were "observed taking photos", you and your vessel are now "known" to the Coast Guard. Is there something wrong with this picture?
