Salt Meadow...It's hard to imagine that miles and miles of Long Island's South Shore once looked like this. Now small and glorious sections are protected forever thanks to the tireless efforts of dedicated and far-sighted enviormentalists (yep,..tree huggers). This important and fragile estuary is at the Northern terminus of Brown's River in Sayville.
